Saturday morning Fritatta
14 eggs, wilted spinach, diced leftover ham, sauted onions, peppers,  mushrooms, leftover steak from steak and cheese, cheese, spices, oiled cast iron skilet, 400 degrees 30-35 minutes in oven.  We did it in a pellet grill that acted as an oven.  Served 6, big pieces.
